Hello! I’m Luis, and I’m thrilled to help you navigate your real estate journey in the High Desert. While I originally grew up in the city of Anaheim, I made the move to this beautiful region in 2006. After graduating from Silverado High School, the High Desert quickly grew on me. Today, I couldn't imagine calling anywhere else home, and I’m incredibly excited about the growth and new developments coming to our communities.

A Foundation Built on Service After high school, I joined the Army, serving overseas with the 82nd Airborne Division in Baghdad, Iraq, and the 173rd Airborne Division in Italy, as well as locally with the 699th Support Battalion at Fort Irwin. My time in the military taught me discipline, resilience, and the value of serving others—principles I carry into my practice at One Choice Realty. It also launched my sales career; I started in a role for military personnel retention before transitioning to the civilian sector, where I spent years working for Oil Jobbers negotiating wholesale fuel and lubricant sales, as well as gas station branding.

I’ve Been in Your Shoes Whether you’re a first-time buyer or a seasoned seller, I understand the emotional and financial significance of a real estate transaction because I’ve lived it at every stage. I purchased my very first home for my parents in Adelanto right after my deployment to Iraq. After completing my military service in 2016, I bought my starter family home in Victorville. In 2020, I finally secured my "forever home" in Apple Valley. I know firsthand what it takes to find the perfect fit for your current chapter of life.

I hold dual degrees from our very own Victor Valley College in Business Real Estate & Escrow, as well as Horticulture. This unique combination allows me to not only expertly navigate the financial complexities of buying or selling a home, but also offer a keen eye for property potential, landscaping, and outdoor spaces.

Life Off the Clock When I’m not closing deals, my hands are usually in the dirt. I love tending to the in-ground garden beds on my Apple Valley homestead, practicing plant propagation, and caring for our lively menagerie of animals—which includes 10 goats, 6 chickens, a rooster, 2 button quails, a ball python, and my dog, Oliver. I’m a proud husband to my beautiful wife, a father to a karate-chopping son and a tumbling-gymnast daughter. To recharge, you can usually find me solo camping with Oliver in the desert wilderness, working out, or relaxing with a great movie and an eclectic music playlist.
